
Our client, a leading Rainscreen & Facades company backed by decades of expertise, is in search of a Permanent Business Development Manager to join their team in the South East. This pivotal role involves developing their project pipeline in the Rainscreen sector. You will engage with Tier 1 & 2 Contractors and installers, delivering CPD presentations and maintaining accurate project data to meet your sales targets.
- Minimum 5 years of consultative Sales and Specification experience within the Rainscreen or allied sector
- Strong portfolio of senior contacts within the Architect & Design community
- Proven ability in managing project pipelines and delivering CPD seminars
- Familiarity with UK building codes, including Fire Safety regulations
- Experience with CRM systems and Barbour ABI
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, commercial acumen, and a team player
