We are on the lookout for a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our client’s Rainscreen & Facades company based in the North West. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within the UK market. Your day-to-day will involve conducting market research, negotiating deals, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to promote construction products like cladding and facades. The role requires a proactive approach and a good understanding of construction systems and building materials, especially composite panels.
- 10+ years’ experience in construction product sales
- Background in Rainscreen, Cladding, or Facades
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience managing key accounts and developing new business
- Understanding of construction systems and technical product sales
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
