This is not just any sales role; you’ll be diving headfirst into the deep end of technical sales, handling key client relationships, and riding the wave to hit those budgeted sales revenue targets.     • 3 to 5 years in façade or associated industry experience
    • Experience in specification sales & commercial estimating preferred
    • Solid technical background that makes you the go-to for project solutions
    • Understanding cash flow in construction (hint: it's not just about counting pennies)
    • Negotiating and influencing skills that could convince a cat to bark
    • IT literate, because spreadsheets will be your best friend
    • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and goals
