
We're on the lookout for a Permanent Business Development Manager to join a leading Roofing and Cladding distributor in the South West. In this role, you'll take full ownership of identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships within the construction and building envelope sectors. Working closely with internal teams, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to order completion, earning the trust and loyalty of contractors, OEM partners, and other industry professionals. Your technical knowledge of construction methods and products will be key in presenting tailored solutions and driving growth.
- Proven sales experience in the industrial/construction market
- Strong technical understanding of construction products and methods
- Experience with account management and developing the sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
