We're seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to join a vibrant RCI company based in Leicestershire. In this role, you'll oversee multiple projects within the cladding and roofing sector, ensuring smooth execution from design to completion. Your experience managing design processes, procurement, health and safety, and project finances will be vital in delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers will be key, as well as leading Site Managers and Contracts Supervisors to maintain high standards across all operations.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Contracts Manager, specifically in industrial roofing and cladding
- Good understanding of design, installation, and commercial aspects
- Experience with flat roofing systems and rainscreen cladding is advantageous
- Qualified with SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant certifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and mitigate delays effectively
