Our client in Birmingham is on the hunt for a Permanent Estimator specializing in Aluminium Rainscreen Systems. If you’ve got a knack for estimating and a background in rainscreen and facades, this might just be the role for you! As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for carrying out take-offs and putting together tenders for various clients. You’ll need to bring your game face and a good understanding of industry standards as you dive into the world of architectural drawings and cost-saving solutions. We promise, no two days will be the same!
- 2-3 years experience in estimating, preferably within rainscreen and facades
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with cost estimating software
- Ability to interpret complex project requirements
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM Systems is a bonus
