We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator to join our client’s team, a reputable aluminium fabricator based near Oxford. The role involves preparing accurate project estimates for aluminium windows and doors, primarily targeting sectors like education, healthcare, and government projects. You'll work closely with the sales team and industry partners, contributing to securing contracts for projects typically around £200k, with some reaching up to £2m. This position is perfect for someone with background in fenestration or construction, familiar with estimating procedures and potentially experienced with products like Comar, Smarts, or Technal. The role offers opportunities to grow into business development, and involves client engagement, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Experience in Estimating within aluminium fenestration or construction
- Knowledge of products such as Comar, Smarts, or Technal is a plus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant background in client engagement and industry partnerships
