- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Manager (SPEC)
- Background in Aluminium Windows & Doors industry or an aligned sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
