Our client, a powerhouse in the Aluminium Windows & Doors industry, is on the hunt for a Permanent Specification Sales Manager in the North East! In this role, you’ll be the maestro, orchestrating relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and all those creative types who need your expertise to win commercial project specifications. With all the support you need from a sophisticated CRM and a fantastic team at your back, you’ll be managing long-term projects and delivering the occasional CPD presentation. No pressure, right? Just a bit of AutoCAD wizardry and project management flair will put you right where you need to be.
- 3+ years in exterior specification sales OR experience selling to architects and designers.
- Ability to juggle a pipeline of projects without dropping the ball.
- Consultative, driven, and detail-oriented with a friendly sales approach.
- Knowledge of windows, doors, curtain walling, or façades is a bonus!
