Our client, Technical Manager.
In this role, you'll oversee the Technical Department, managing a small team and ensuring excellent technical support for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Your responsibilities include developing project data, drawings, and calculations, maintaining compliance, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. You’ll need strong communication skills and familiarity with CAD software, with additional advantage for Revit, Logikal, or similar.
- Proven management experience, ideally within construction or façade sectors
- Technical background in fenestration, with knowledge of drawings and design
- Good computer literacy, particularly with Excel, Outlook, and CAD software
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising across all levels
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
This role offers a salary up to £65,000 depending on experience, along with the chance to work within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
