In this role, you&#39;ll take full ownership of identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships within the construction and building envelope sectors. Working closely with internal teams, you&#39;ll manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to order completion, earning the trust and loyalty of contractors, OEM partners, and other industry professionals. Your technical knowledge of construction methods and products will be key in presenting tailored solutions and driving growth.</p>

<p>In this role, you&#39;ll oversee the Technical Department, managing a small team and ensuring excellent technical support for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Your responsibilities include developing project data, drawings, and calculations, maintaining compliance, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. You&rsquo;ll need strong communication skills and familiarity with CAD software, with additional advantage for Revit, Logikal, or similar.</p>

	<li>Proven management experience, ideally within construction or fa&ccedil;ade sectors</li>
	<li>Technical background in fenestration, with knowledge of drawings and design</li>
	<li>Good computer literacy, particularly with Excel, Outlook, and CAD software</li>
